  • Conducting credit risk assessments for the California School Finance Authority, including analyzing audited financials, debt service coverage & construction budgets to recommend $40M in facility construction grants to 150+ charter schools.
  • Reconciling program balances and reviewing financial compliance quarterly, coordinating with the State Controller’s Office and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting for $500M+ in active CSFA-administered financings.

  • Perform deal diligence on early-stage aerospace and defense startups; building unit economics & valuation models.
  • Map dual-use technology pipelines and identify non-dilutive funding sources (e.g., SBIR/STTR, DIU contracts) to de-risk capital deployment and support follow-on financing strategies.
